Not a very well-planned decision to go Malacca. We just feel like going and off we went, getting the coach tickets only when we reached Larkin (JB bus station). Reached Malacca in the afternoon, took a public bus to the main town and then started looking for accomodation. Set on one guesthouse and then we spent the rest of 3 days in Malacca rest and relax! Hahaha... Not bad! Dx2 and I had a great time simply just 'nuar' in Malacca town. Nice break! :)
My mother-in-law seldom cook at home. All of us usually eat out in most days as we are all working. For some reasons, my mother-in-law was in the mood to cook at home last weekend! Aiya, how can i just sit there without offering my 'help'. Haha... to be a 'good daughter-in-law', i offered my help as an 'assistant'! Haha... score point mah!!! Haha Not bad of an experience. I did learn something from her but dun think i love cooking yet! Haha
Went on a business trip in mid Dec 09. It was a research offsite held in HK. I had a great time catching up with colleagues in Greater China region and...... not forgetting the great shopping experience in HK!
Dx2 went for his reservist in early Dec 09 for two weeks. As usual, he was able to return home every night but this time round, they had an outfield training which they need to stay in for two days. Huh.... kind of missed him then but thank god I've already gotten used to life staying with in-laws. No awkward situations during the two days without Dx2 at home. Phew~~~ :P
Gor-Gor and Stella brought Tabby for a fur-cut recently. Hahaa... 1st day when they brought him to our place, it was so funny!!! He looks so naked!!! Haha... He used to have this very smart and proud look on him but all these seems to have been 'shaved-off' by his 'barber'. Tabby was looking so insecured without his fur. He kept 'hiding' behind someone, or wanting to get near somebody just to hide his 'naked truth'! Hahaa.... Another side of Tabby which I didn't know
Gold prices went up significantly just couple of weeks ago. I was kind of tempted to 'convert' our 'wedding' gold jewel set into cash. Haha...kidding lah... Of course i did not do that :P
My sis, Joyce is into baking and cooking these days... Funny man! This sis of mine has never been so domestic! Nice change tho :P Keep baking and save some for Dx2 and me! Haha
Bought this Seiko Gold automatic watch few months ago. Love it just for that split moment when it was sitting in the shelf of City Chain. My love for the watch kind of dies off now...hahaa...so I decided to give it to Dx2 instead! That man can really goes well with a gold watch on his wrist i must say!
My MIL striked 4D again! This time...2nd prize!! Haha... She gave us a treat at XinWang cafe last weekend + a S$50 ang bao each! Wooohoo!!! My MIL striked lottery would also means we striking 'mini-lottery' Hahhaaa.... Wish mummy wang! wang! wang! forever! So that we can also wang! wang! wang!
My Dx2 always wanted me to give him massages to relax his tenses-up shoulder and back. Hahaha... I'm just too bored to rub his back so i've decided to give him some 'karate chopping' on his back. Hahaha... Come to think of it, Dx2 is a pure Hainanese and hainan is pretty famous for their pork chop! So i started calling my Dx2 my "Hainanese Pork Chop"!
My Bro-in-law used to pass on his clothings to Dx2 whenever he buys new clothing. Dx2 used to be able to fit in to all cos he is not as muscular as his bro. Nowadays... all put on weight! My bro-in-law can't fit into his clothing, he will still pass on to Dx2. But.... my Dx2 can no longer fit in so i'm the next one in line! hhahaa... Usually fit perfectly on me! Gosh.... i dunno if this is a good thing or bad thing for me... hahaha ALL UP-SIZED for sure!
