My MIL went for some motivational course by the govt board...i think it is part of the workforce upgrading program or what... The instructor said to them... "Boost your morale by standing by the window and shout - I CAN DO IT!". Hahaha.... realistic or not?? Neighbour may thot we are crazy right? Haha Anyway, she had a good time there. That's what most important i guess :)

I CAN DO IT!
